We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.   <h3>About the role</h3> Plus Oscar is an engagement and automation platform that enables scalable, personalized interventions and automates workflows to drive growth and retention, improve patient/member outcomes, and optimize admin operations. Built for non-technical users, payors and providers can use the tool to build omni-channel “campaigns” that deliver interventions with multiple touch points over time to drive behavior change.  As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for core technical tasks and functions associated with building and launching campaigns. Your work will increase speed to market on client campaigns, reduce the time it takes to build and launch campaigns, and ensure campaigns remain error-free before and after launch.  You will report to a Plus Oscar leader. You will work part of the time in the office and part of the time remote / work-from-home. #LI-Hybrid Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $119,200 - $156,450 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscars unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.   <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Act as the technical representative of Plus Oscar in relevant client calls, ensuring campaigns are scoped effectively and clients understand relevant technical capabilities. </li> <li>Design and implement new campaign development processes while anticipating potential future use cases to ensure long-term scalability in solution design.</li> <li>Become an expert in our client and campaign data, leveraging SQL to identify trends in client populations to deliver campaigns that drive value to their business.</li> <li>Own the execution of key product delivery processes and/or broader initiatives that scale and mature Plus Oscar. <ul> <li>Product delivery processes include: campaign launches, bug triage and resolution, quality assurance (QA) planning and execution, and building/maintaining product, client and stakeholder feedback loops. Prioritizes processes within campaign teams to accomplish, improve, scale, and execute.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders including, Product Management, Operations, and Data Science, to support effective collaboration and discovery of solutions to deliver on department programs and objectives. </li> <li>Independently analyze data and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement.</li> <li>Design and implement process improvements that improve efficiency and quality.</li> <li>Create and maintain documentation to make processes sustainable and scalable.</li> <li>Monitor campaign success metrics to ensure applications and/or processes are meeting their KPIs.</li> <li>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional role in technology or operations.</li> <li>3+ years of experience working directly with engineers and designers.</li> <li>2+ years experience working directly with engineering scrum teams.</li> <li>3+ years of experience with common project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com.</li> <li>1+ years of SQL experience.</li> </ul> <h3>Bonus points</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional role in technology or operations.</li> <li>Experience proactively and independently identifying opportunities for improvements in process and execution, with a proven track record of implementing changes effectively.</li> <li>Experience navigating multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and making tradeoff decisions for your own work.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to pick up technical concepts (e.g. SQL, software architecture, development pipelines).</li> <li>Experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to clarify decisions wherever possible.</li> </ul>  <div>This is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity.
