As our Team Lead for Calibration &amp; Validation (Cal/Val) and Data Quality, you will play a mission-critical role in ensuring that our Earth observation products are not only technically precise but trusted by scientists, partners, and clients worldwide.With 18+ sensors in orbit, this role is central to the integrity of OroraTech’s Level 0–2 data products. You will architect scalable, end-to-end Cal/Val frameworks that uphold the highest standards of radiometric and geolocation accuracy, monitor instrument performance, and support mission-wide consistency across our growing constellation.But your impact goes far beyond the technical.
