This role will own the design, development, and deployment of data reporting infrastructure, field analytics dashboards, and performance measurement tools. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and commercial execution. This position works closely with the Forecasting, Sales Operations, Case Management, and Market Access teams to ensure actionable insights are delivered across the organization.</span></div><h3>Essential Duties &amp; Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Data Infrastructure &amp; Analytics Execution</b></li><li>Build and manage the commercial data ecosystem (Salesforce/Veeva, PowerBI/Tableau, data warehouse, CRM integration).</li><li>Own ETL processes and data validation to ensure accurate, real-time reporting and compliance.</li><li>Develop field reporting tools (call activity, onboarding progress, IC performance, product ordering trends). </li><li>Manage master data inputs, ensure alignment with order management, and support business rule definition.</li><li>Partner with IT and external vendors on system configuration, access provisioning, and updates.</li><li><b>Performance Measurement &amp; Intelligence</b></li><li>Deliver monthly and ad hoc dashboards for sales, onboarding, field engagement, and KPIs. </li><li>Identify key business trends and performance drivers; translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Support commercial leadership with field activity dashboards, territory views, and targeting analytics.</li><li>Develop and maintain commercial KPIs and performance frameworks across functions.</li><li>Track incentive comp effectiveness, performance thresholds, and payout validation (in collaboration with Sales Ops).</li><li><b>Collaboration &amp; Continuous Improvement</b> </li><li>Act as commercial data subject matter expert (SME) across analytics platforms. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Case Management, Patient Services, Market Access, and Marketing to align on reporting needs. </li><li>Support business planning cycles by developing analytic reports and supporting forecast inputs. </li><li>Recommend and implement improvements to commercial analytics workflows and visualization tools.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, data science, engineering, or related field.</li><li>5+ years in commercial analytics, preferably in biotech/pharma.</li><li>Direct experience with business analytics and business intelligence tools.</li><li>Experience managing commercial data pipelines and field analytics. </li><li>High proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM configuration, master data management, and IC analytics. </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate data into insights.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Characteristics</h3><ul><li>Ability to prioritize in a dynamic, launch-focused environment. </li><li>Passion for building clean, scalable reporting infrastructure. </li><li>Curious and business-savvy mindset with a strong desire to drive impact through data.</li><li>Collaborative, team-first mentality with strong organizational awareness.</li></ul><div>The anticipated annual salary range for this job is based on prior experience in the role/industry, education, location, internal equity, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. For remote-based positions, this range may vary based on your local market.
