We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies for Adact. This is a hands-on role ideal for a dynamic marketer who thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments where agility, creativity, and ownership are key.

You’ll work cross-functionally across content, digital, events, and product marketing to bring campaigns to life, champion the Adact brand, and fuel both customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Campaign Development: From ideation to execution, create multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and leads.
  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, case studies, product collateral, videos, and webinars.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams to tailor and execute campaigns for local markets, ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using insights and data.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, making strategic decisions to maximize ROI.
  • Agility & Execution: Operate quickly and effectively, balancing multiple projects and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience in a startup or startup-like environment where you wore multiple hats across marketing functions (events, digital, content, product marketing).
  • Proven experience owning campaigns end-to-end—from concept to execution—with clear metrics of success.
  • Strong ability to make decisions independently and see them through, with demonstrated skill in influencing and gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders.
  • Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Agile & Collaborative skills: Comfortable working both independently and in close collaboration with a global team.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics.
  • Experience running gamified marketing strategies or campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of product messaging and the ability to distill complex features into value-driven stories.

 

The position is based in Israel or Estonia, and follows a hybrid work model — a combination of remote work and in-office presence.
