- Lead Campaign Development: From ideation to execution, create multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and leads.
- Content Creation: Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, case studies, product collateral, videos, and webinars.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams to tailor and execute campaigns for local markets, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using insights and data.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, making strategic decisions to maximize ROI.
- Agility & Execution: Operate quickly and effectively, balancing multiple projects and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience in a startup or startup-like environment where you wore multiple hats across marketing functions (events, digital, content, product marketing).
- Proven experience owning campaigns end-to-end—from concept to execution—with clear metrics of success.
- Strong ability to make decisions independently and see them through, with demonstrated skill in influencing and gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders.
- Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Agile & Collaborative skills: Comfortable working both independently and in close collaboration with a global team.
- Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics.
- Experience running gamified marketing strategies or campaigns.
- Solid understanding of product messaging and the ability to distill complex features into value-driven stories.
The position is based in Israel or Estonia, and follows a hybrid work model — a combination of remote work and in-office presence.
