Senior Solution Consultant - Public Sector (State and Local Government)   Location:                    Remote, USA Employment Type:  Full-Time Compensation:        $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.  Benefits Offered:     Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401K     Summary A Senior Solution Consultant will become an expert in OneStream technology and use this expertise on a daily basis to present the value proposition and benefit of the solutions to partners, prospects, customers and internally supporting the salesforce. A Senior Solution Consultant as a member of the Presales team will participate in the design, validation, and presentation of OneStream solutions based on customer needs which vary in complexity. Primary Duties and Responsibilities <ul> <li>Shortening the sales cycle by delivering flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives in the Office of Finance.</li> <li>Providing presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Acting as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives.</li> <li>Transforming business requirements/challenges into Proof-of-Concept presentations.</li> <li>Developing and delivering high quality OneStream presentations and demonstrations.</li> <li>Presenting and articulating advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall OneStream solutions.</li> <li>Improving/maintaining standard demo assets to ensure top-notch sales presentations.</li> <li>Designing, validating, and presenting Database &amp; OneStream Cloud solutions to include advanced product concepts and future direction.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.</li> </ul> Required Education and Experience <ul> <li>BS Degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Computer Science.</li> <li>Technical experience with OneStream or similar CPM tools desirable. </li> <li>Minimum of 5 years experience with enterprise-wide systems such as CPM/EPM, ERP, HRMS, etc. </li> <li>An understanding of the finance and budget functions of State, County, or Municipal governments as gained through either extensive sales/consulting experience with these organizations or through direct employment by these organizations.  </li> <li>Proven ability in performing rapid assessments of customers’ landscape and targeting use cases and deployment targets for Cloud technology.</li> <li>Ability to provide guidance in the evaluation of OneStream’s Cloud solution.</li> <li>Experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, trainer, systems support, or solutions engineer.</li> <li>Extraordinary presentation and public speaking skills.</li> <li>Must have the ability to lead business process discussions and relate them to the appropriate technical solution for our customer’s needs.</li> <li>Versed and experienced with business analysis and financial modelling.</li> <li>Background in Finance/Accounting.</li> <li>Impeccable attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong listening skills.</li> </ul>   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Strong presentation skills.</li> <li>Credible.</li> <li>Professional.</li> <li>Results-driven; Competitive.</li> <li>Detail-oriented.</li> <li>Able to multi-task.</li> <li>Comfortable interacting with C-level executives.</li> <li>Flexible and adaptable.</li> <li>Works well in team environment.</li> <li>Willing and able to travel.</li> </ul>   Who We Are OneStream is how today’s Finance teams can go beyond just reporting on the past and Take Finance Further™ by steering the business to the future.
