The Senior Compensation &amp; Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of our annual global compensation programs and processes, including market pricing, annual salary adjustments, promotions, bonus, equity and reporting requirements. This role will partner with external consultants/vendors, members of the HR, Talent Acquisition and HRIS teams to provide guidance and support on compensation initiatives across the globe. This individual will also analyze employee, market and financial data to summarize findings, draw insights and recommend enhancements to our company’s total compensation strategy.   Primary Duties and Responsibilities <ul> <li>Improve efficiency and compliance by changing processes and training the sales team.  </li> <li>Assist with the development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies and programs to align with organizational goals and market competitiveness.</li> <li>Execute and lead on core processes to include the support of the annual merit increase process, market adjustments, equity refreshes, and bonus cycles.</li> <li>Execute and lead on core processes to include the support of promotions and equity grants.</li> <li>Support the administration of Sales Compensation processes such as quarterly bonus cycles, sales draw and commission payments.</li> <li>Partner with HR Business Partners, Accounting, Finance, Payroll, and Revenue Operations departments to plan, and ensure accurate, smooth and efficient annual and quarterly compensation processes.</li> <li>Partner with HRIS team members to maintain accurate employee and compensation data as well as leverage our technology and systems to support our compensation initiatives.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Work with the HRIS team to analyze current workflows and recommend system-driven solutions that streamline processes, reduce manual effort, improve compliance, and enhance the overall employee experience.</li> <li>Research and respond to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and employees on compensation-related inquiries our internal HRIS platform; provide analytical support as needed.</li> <li>Complete and maintain salary survey data by compiling, organizing, and submitting data on a timely basis.</li> <li>Assess jobs and respective duties to determine internal job level aligned with the company’s salary structure.</li> <li>Review proposed salary adjustments to ensure they comply with established guidelines, policies, and practices, and recommend corrective or alternative actions to address compensation-related matters.</li> <li>Through audits and other internal controls, ensure that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.</li> <li>Other ad hoc duties, as assigned by leadership.</li> </ul> Required Education and Experience <ul> <li>Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Accounting and/or Finance.</li> <li>2-3+ years in a compensation and analytics role.</li> <li>Excellent with Microsoft Excel; including advanced formulas and functions</li> <li>Ability to exercise professionalism, good judgment and discretion with highly sensitive and confidential data.</li> </ul> Preferred Education and Experience <ul> <li>Working experience with UKG (formerly UltiPro).</li> <li>Working experience with PAVE.</li> <li>Knowledge of HRIS systems, reporting, system configuration, data management and process improvement.</li> <li>Prior experience supporting a virtual workforce.</li> </ul>   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities <ul> <li>Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced and scaling environment.</li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and establish credibility and trust.</li> <li>Strong written communication, verbal communication, data visualization and presentation skills.</li> <li>Strong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships.</li> <li>Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting.</li> <li>Adaptable to changing needs and situations.</li> <li>Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.</li> <li>Ability to support process and system changes through communication and documentation for end users.</li> </ul>   Who We Are OneStream is how today’s Finance teams can go beyond just reporting on the past and Take Finance Further™ by steering the business to the future.
