IT Project Coordinator    Location: Remote, USA Employment Type: Full-Time  Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00  (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.   Benefits Offered: Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401K    Summary  Our rapidly growing software company is currently seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join the Product &amp; Engineering Operations Team. This role assists our project managers with their scheduling, documentation, and deliverable tracking on technical projects. The ideal candidate is an all-star communicator; detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team.    Primary Duties and Responsibilities  Primary responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Coordinate and support internal Product &amp; Engineering projects from initiation through delivery. </li> <li>Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables. </li> <li>Maintain and update project documentation. </li> <li>Assist with project communication by refining meeting notes &amp; action items. </li> </ul>   Secondary responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Testing service delivery workflows when we implement changes. </li> <li>Scheduling &amp; coordination with customers on deliverable dashboards. </li> <li>Small standardized projects with existing playbooks, such as customer infrastructure migrations. </li> </ul>   Required Education and Experience  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</li> <li>1-2 years of professional experience.</li> </ul>   Preferred Education and Experience  <ul> <li>Experience in project management, project coordination, or a related field. </li> <li>ITIL, Scrum, AZ900, and/or CAPM certifications. </li> </ul>   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities  Required:  <ul> <li>Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. </li> <li>Passion for technology and learning. </li> <li>Self-motivated. </li> <li>Organizational skills to support effective multi-tasking. </li> <li>Collaborative, team-oriented mindset. </li> </ul>   Preferred:  <ul> <li>Atlassian suite, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, Miro. </li> <li>Fluent in Spanish. </li> </ul>   Who We Are  OneStream is how today’s Finance teams can go beyond just reporting on the past and Take Finance Further™ by steering the business to the future.
