This team is responsible for ensuring that releases, metrics, and quality infrastructure of the Onebrief platform. You will oversee release validation, build out quality metrics and dashboards, and establish performance and load testing practices that scale across engineering. Working closely with Product, SRE, and Engineering Enablement, you’ll ensure our releases are safe, measurable, and continually improving. Foster a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing culture.</li></ul>QualificationsLeadership &amp; Management Experience<ul><li>3+ years managing engineers, including hiring, performance management, and career growth</li><li>Proven ability to coach engineers and build healthy team dynamics</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, SRE, and Engineering</li></ul>Technical Expertise<ul><li>5+ years of experience in quality engineering, test automation, or performance engineering</li><li>Strong background in release validation and optimization, including CI/CD pipelines and automated test coverage</li><li>Hands-on experience with performance/load testing tools and methodologies</li><li>Familiarity with observability, tooling, and quality dashboards</li></ul>Platform &amp; Delivery Focus<ul><li>Track record of improving reliability and release confidence through metrics and automation</li><li>Experience owning long-lived test frameworks or infrastructure that supports multiple teams</li><li>Familiarity with bug lifecycle management and incident response processes</li></ul>Communication &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Clear, thoughtful communicator who writes well and aligns teams asynchronously</li><li>Collaborative, low-ego leadership style focused on trust and shared accountability</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Experience with engineering enablement or platform orgs</li><li>Background in building quality platforms or shared testing infrastructure</li><li>Familiarity with military, govtech, or other high-trust or regulated environments</li></ul>
