The Solutions Engineering team supports both customer-facing and engineering teams with product prioritization and strategy to help Omada improve its systems as well as technical planning for individual integrations. The team’s primary goal is to improve Omadas ability to onboard and support customers and strategic alliance partners. A member of the Solutions Engineering team is an expert in Omadas internal systems and works with customer-facing teams to guide customers through those systems and problem solve through challenges. Leveraging their creative vision, the Solutions Engineering team can work directly with business partners to strategically enable the product and build out internal and external integration strategies at scale. The team pays attention to both external and internal needs so that they can work with commercial, support, compliance, operations, product, and engineering teams to improve Omadas systems and processes.
