The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the blockchain space (crypto or Web3) to evolve our brand strategy across all channels. This role will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining Offchain Labs and Arbitrums positions as thought leaders in the blockchain space while driving awareness and adoption of our solutions. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining the brands presence while ensuring consistency in tone, message, and visual identity across all platforms and materials. The role combines creative vision with strategic execution to create a cohesive brand experience that resonates with our target audience.</li></ul><h3>What youll do: </h3><ul><li><b>Campaign Management: </b>Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and drive audience engagement. Develop compelling campaign narratives that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences. Campaigns should live across, and not limited to owned channels, earned media, and paid opportunities</li><li><b>Establish and Maintain Brand Voice: </b>Establish and maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in how we communicate with our audiences. Oversee and approve all marketing materials, digital assets, and communications to ensure brand consistency and quality</li><li><b>Multi-Channel Strategy:</b> Expertise in developing and executing multichannel marketing strategies, with demonstrated ability to implement, measure, and optimize owned, earned, and paid media campaigns across various platforms. Must show a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance metrics, adjusting tactics based on data insights, and reporting ROI across all channels</li><li><b>Strategic Partnership Development: </b>Spearhead high-impact partnership initiatives across key partners. Evaluate and secure strategic collaborations that amplify brand presence and accelerate solution adoption</li><li><b>Market Intelligence &amp; Agile Response: </b>Real-time monitoring and analysis of industry shifts, competitor movements, and new opportunities.
