Implement best practices to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of data processes.</li><li><b>Customer Data Sharing Enablement</b>: Design and deploy secure, efficient, and scalable data-sharing solutions. Enable seamless customer access to data via connectors, data-sharing features, or API integrations.</li><li><b>Technology Innovation &amp; Integration</b>: Continuously assess, select, and integrate cutting-edge technologies into our data infrastructure to maintain a competitive advantage.</li><li><b>Security &amp; Compliance Management</b>: Ensure robust security standards across all data architectures. Collaborate proactively with cybersecurity teams to meet compliance and data protection requirements.</li><li><b>Scalability &amp; Future-Proofing</b>: Anticipate and accommodate future growth by creating flexible, scalable, and resilient data architectures.</li></ul><h3>You Will Bring:</h3><ul><li><b>Engineering degree or Master’s degree,</b></li><li>10 years of experience in <b>data management and solution architecture</b>, including at least <b>5 years as a Data Architect</b>.</li><li>Proactive mindset with creative <b>problem-solving capabilities</b>.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in data architecture redesign and advanced data management solutions.</li><li>Strong proficiency in platforms and technologies including Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Iceberg, and Delta Lake.</li><li>Proven track record designing and implementing robust and scalable data solutions.</li><li>Solid experience in Data Modeling.</li><li>Experience in cost and performance management of data platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly and remain composed in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.</li></ul><div>Who We Are At Odaseva, we believe in fostering an inclusive, supportive work environment where talented people can innovate and grow.
