This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex financial matters, interact with diverse internal and external teams, and contribute directly to the companys performance and growth in a fast-paced and demanding environment. </div><div><br /></div><div><b>Main Responsibilities:</b></div><div>Accurate and rigorous preparation of customer invoices for our international entities (France, US, UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia):</div><div>Enter and generate invoices in accordance with the procedures and deadlines established for each entity,</div><div>Collect and verify the tax information required for invoicing for each entity,</div><div>Ensure the accuracy of information (amounts, applicable VAT/taxes, addresses, currencies, etc.) while taking into account the specificities of each country,</div><div>Master and use Avalara software for sales tax management in the United States/Canada,</div><div>Ensure the correct transmission of invoices to clients, either from Salesforce or from the platform used by the client,</div><div>Archive and organize billing documents for each entity,</div><div>Participate in the continuous improvement of invoicing processes in an international context,</div><div>Monitor the billing backlog by client and alert in case of deviations.</div><div><br /></div><div>Amicable and efficient collection of customer invoices for our international entities:</div><div>Managing accounts receivable is a strategic priority to support our rapid growth. Our goal is to keep accounts receivable below 5% of total receivables.</div><div>Monitoring payment deadlines for each entity.</div><div>Identifying and analyzing late payments for each entity.</div><div>Following up with customers by email and telephone in a friendly but firm manner, adapting communication to the cultural context.</div><div>Accurately documenting all collection actions for each entity.</div><div>Identifying and reporting country-specific billing disputes or issues and participating in their resolution in collaboration with local teams.</div><div>Collaborating with the sales and accounting teams of the various entities to resolve payment issues.</div><div>Monitoring collection key performance indicators (KPIs) by entity.</div><div><br /></div><div>Recording customer payments in Netsuite software for all entities:</div><div>Loading invoices into Netsuite,</div><div>Recognizing revenue according to the applied rules and recording them in Netsuite,</div><div>Recording payments received from customers in the Netsuite system, ensuring correct allocation to the corresponding invoices,</div><div>Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies,</div><div>Ensuring regular updates of payment information in Netsuite.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Other tasks:</b></div><div>Participate in the monthly/quarterly and annual closing of accounts for the various entities by providing invoice and collection information from Netsuite.</div><div>Update and maintain the customer database in Netsuite with billing and payment information for each entity.</div><div>Optimize and automate invoice creation and collection processes (analyze and optimize current workflows, implement automated billing rules, develop automated reminder sequences, etc.).</div><div>Answer customer questions regarding their invoices and payments, using information available in Salesforce or Netsuite.</div><div>Contribute to the development of reports on the status of customer receivables by entity and at the global level.</div><h3>What you bring:</h3><ul><li><b>Experience: </b>Significant experience in a similar role (international invoicing, international collections), with strong knowledge of international invoicing and customer accounting principles. </li><li><b>Language Skills:</b> Fluency in English and French (oral and written) is essential.</li><li><b>Technical Skills: </b>Strong command of an ERP software package and Excel, Practical experience using Netsuite software for</li><li><b>Rigor and precision:</b> Ability to perform tasks with great attention to detail, particularly for preparing invoices and recording receipts in Netsuite, in a varied regulatory environment.</li><li><b>Interpersonal skills and intercultural communication:</b> Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers from different cultures, both written and verbal.</li><li><b>Persuasion and firmness:</b> Ability to follow up with customers effectively while maintaining good relationships, adapting ones approach to the cultural context.</li><li><b>Organizational skills and autonomy: </b>Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently across multiple entities and in Netsuite.</li><li><b>Problem-solving skills:</b> Ability to identify and find solutions to invoicing, payment, and recording issues in Netsuite in an international environment.</li><li><b>Adaptability and open-mindedness:</b> Ability to adapt to different business practices and international regulations, as well as Salesforce/Netsuite functionalities.</li></ul><div><b>Who We Are</b></div><div><br /></div><div>At <b>Odaseva</b>, we believe in fostering an inclusive, supportive work environment where talented people can innovate and grow.
