Are you ready to be our next sales superstar; a passionate and experienced business hunter experienced in electric vehicle charging, fuel cards and all types of fleet solutions.  </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>You will be the face and the voice of Octopus Electroverse for Business, advising and supporting customers throughout their journey towards transitioning to a sustainable electric vehicle fleet.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>A genuine passion for delivering awesome customer experiences and driving sustainability is a must, as well as a real commitment to building meaningful relationships and providing amazing customer service</span></div><div><span>This role will include an uncapped commission structure as part of the overall package and will be based from our London office and occasionally remotely.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><h3>What Youll Do ...</h3><ul><li>Develop and establish your sales pipeline with customers - from lead through to delivery, hitting (and hopefully smashing!) your targets along the way</li><li>Shape and drive the acquisition of new customers – youll have the autonomy to generate your own leads, while also benefiting from shared leads across the wider Octopus group!</li><li>Manage your pipeline and take control, recording progress in our CRM system and keeping things all up to date</li><li>Champion customer satisfaction, recording what works best and sharing insights to improve the customer experience</li><li>Plan, attend and run customer launch events to spread the word of electric charging and electric vehicles and how we can help! (virtual and non virtual)</li><li>Provide excellent customer service both through the sales process and also in after-sales customer care </li><li>Collaborate with the wider teams to iterate propositions and materials for the B2B market</li><li>Strategically build your pipeline by working with the team to create strong relationships both internally within departments and externally with our customers both on a consumer and business level</li><div><br /></div></ul><h3>What Youll Need ...</h3><ul><li>A track record of delivering exceptional customer experience </li><li>Previous sales experience of sales within a B2B consultative environment</li><li>A strong passion for Electric Vehicles / Energy and Decarbonisation </li><li>Excellent listening skills when working in B2B roles and great communication </li><li>Obsessed with putting the customer first, you have a genuine passion for going the extra mile and making sure customers are delighted with every interaction</li><li>An ability to show a completer finisher mentality and an understanding of processes as a whole; being able to see the why behind each section of the business and how that creates the entire vision </li><li>A start up / entrepreneurial mindset, being able to adjust to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment - excited by the challenge of working in a business that’s always evolving</li><li>A bonus - Knowledge of the car leasing and fleet market would be advantageous but not mandatory</li><div><br /></div></ul><h3>Why else youll love it here</h3><ul><li><b>Wondering what the salary for this role is? </b>Just ask us!
