NVIDIA is looking for a talented, highly productive Senior Software Engineer to design and implement facilities for data ingress, movement, and egress to and from our enterprise AI/ML systems and services. You will contribute to a foundational service that is critical to the usability of these important products. We are looking for an engineer who has a deep understanding of distributed systems development, object storage, network file transfer protocols, and file systems.What You Will be doing:<ul><li>Design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of innovative software solutions for data ingestion, movement, and management</li><li>Solve technical problems spanning the areas of orchestration, distributed systems, service modeling, API modeling, monitoring, deployment, and automation</li><li>Build highly reliable distributed systems that our customers can depend on for their own business</li><li>Work with multi-function teams to make our storage and data management easier, faster, and more productive for applications</li></ul>What We Need To See:<ul><li>Strong track record of delivering distributed service in a variety of distributed computing environments, including CSPs such as AWS, Azure, and Google</li><li>Experience designing, implementing, and deploying distributed systems for handling large-scale data integration</li><li>History of ownership of product delivery from inception to support</li><li>Prior experience developing distributed systems with Go (preferred), Java, or similar </li><li>Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>8+ years of industry experience</li></ul><h2>Ways to stand out from the crowd:</h2><ul><li>Experience implementing file transfer or synchronization protocols or object storage ecosystem tooling, particularly Amazon S3</li><li>Previous work designing complex systems using containers and orchestrated by Kubernetes</li><li>Experience building high-scale distributed systems such as distributed databases, storage systems, or cloud services</li></ul>NVIDIA is leading the way in groundbreaking developments in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing, and Visualization.
