<div><div>We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Recruiting Operations to lead the development and optimization of our global talent acquisition infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in improving recruiting systems and workflows, advancing automation, supporting compliance across regions, and enabling scalable hiring operations worldwide. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to inclusion. </div><div> </div><div>What You’ll be Doing: </div><div><ul><li>Oversee and continuously improve global recruiting workflows for efficiency, scalability, compliance, and a consistent candidate experience. </li><li>Manage and enhance NVIDIA’s recruiting technology stack, including Workday, Eightfold, HackerRank, Textio, and related tools. </li><li>Collaborate with Legal, HR, and regional leaders to ensure recruiting practices align with labor laws, privacy requirements, and NVIDIA’s diversity and inclusion standards. </li><li>Proven ability to navigate complex, global M&amp;A transactions with speed and precision </li><li>Implement automation to improve sourcing, scheduling, hiring, and communication workflows, helping reduce manual tasks and increase recruiter effectiveness. </li><li>Lead a global team of recruiting operations specialists with a focus on coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement. </li><li>Support enterprise recruiting programs, including employer branding, employee referrals, training, and university hiring initiatives. </li><li>Manage recruiting operations and vendor relationships with an emphasis on value, good experience, efficiency, and long-term partnerships. </li></ul></div><div> </div></div><div><div>What We Need to See:</div><div><ul><li>12+ overall years of experience in recruiting operations, people systems, or talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role. </li><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>Demonstrated success designing and scaling hiring operations in high-growth, global environments. </li><li>Strong expertise with ATS platforms (especially Workday), and tools such as Eightfold, HackerRank, Textio, and automation platforms. </li><li>Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and the ability to translate metrics into strategic insights. </li><li>Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders. </li><li>Understanding of international labor compliance, data privacy regulations, and inclusive hiring best practices. </li><li>Strong communication and people leadership skills, with experience managing distributed teams with a one team mentality. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:</div><div><ul><li>Led the transformation of recruiting operations across multiple regions or business units. </li><li>You’ve introduced automation that improves efficiency without sacrificing candidate experience. </li><li>Passionate about building fair, accessible, and inclusive hiring practices at scale. </li><li>Lead with data and collaboration—bringing others along while driving measurable results. </li><li>You thrive in complex, global environments and enjoy solving cross-functional challenges. </li></ul></div></div>Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
