Join us to build the future of technology and make a lasting impact!What you will be doing:<ul><li>Establish trusted partner relationships with wireless research community in the public sector, e.g. US and other Government and public sector entities.</li><li>Lead and implement NVIDIA’s strategic goals in 6G and AI Win projects to address public sector use cases.</li><li>Engage with public sector partners and drive the ecosystem to bring groundbreaking innovation on NVIDIA’s platform.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and NVIDIA’s Govt. relations teams, to drive tasks aligned with our mission.</li><li>Lead and contribute to industry organizations such as ATIS, AI-RAN and 3GPP.</li><li>Analyze sophisticated challenges in realization of AI-native RAN, develop strategies, and implement solutions to achieve project objectives.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technology to drive innovation.</li><li>Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality benchmarks and align with NVIDIA’s standards of perfection.</li></ul>What We Need to See:<ul><li>Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Experience in engaging the research community in the public sector.</li><li>12+ years proven experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture, 3GPP standards, and RF system engineering.</li><li>Good knowledge of hardware choices for RAN stack, and a vision to evolve the industry to accelerated computing.</li><li>Understanding of CUDA, TensorFlow, GPU architecture is a strong plus.</li><li>Strong skills in representing the organization at industry bodies, submission of papers and leadership roles.</li><li>Proven track record to work in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environments and deliver results.</li></ul>Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:<ul><li>Forward looking technology development experience, such as 6G RAN and AI-native RAN.</li><li>Deep knowledge and connection in the public sector research community.</li><li>Published IEEE research papers and/or 3GPP contributions.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership in sophisticated technical initiatives or cross-functional projects, with excellent leadership skills.</li><li>Outstanding communication skills and a passion for groundbreaking transformations in telecom.</li></ul>NVIDIA is widely considered one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
