The DGX Cloud organization is looking for passionate engineers to partner closely with our internal customers and assist them in onboarding to our platforms! This partnership requires you to gain a deep understanding of the customer needs, how their application(s) work, and assist them in developing best practices enabling success in a cloud environment! The information you provide will help shape our platform to better the success of our customers both internally and externally. We expect you to have expert knowledge with cloud-based deployments across compute, storage and networking environments. Along with this, you need a strong understanding of application portability between CSPs, NCPs, on premise, and what it takes to simplify application requirements in order to do this well. You should also be familiar with open source technologies that can assist with cloud deployments and recommend approaches to the larger engineering teams in order to expedite implementation for our customers. A strong AI and/or machine learning background with the ability to improve workload performance is a plus.  What will you be doing:<ul><li>Partner with multiple internal teams to fully understand their workloads from both a technology and business perspective, provide guidance, give feedback to engineering and product teams, and develop solutions to aid in their success</li><li>Inform partner teams of standard methodologies, and help implement best practices, for cloud based solutions</li><li>Gain deep understanding of how NVIDIA develops across multiple verticals (autonomous vehicles, chip manufacturing, HW design, AI, etc.)</li><li>Present to internal stakeholders and NVIDIA leadership on roadmaps, vision, &amp; demos</li><li>Advocate for customer needs (both internal and external) across the organization – partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Program, Sales, and Operations</li><li>Bring the voice of the customer to everything that you do </li></ul> What we need to see:<ul><li>BS/MS degree in Computer science or related areas (or equivalent experience)</li><li>12+ yrs of experience with designing and building distributed systems and infrastructure</li><li>Demonstrated ability to write code in Golang, Java, C, C++, Python, or Rust</li><li>Experience with Kubernetes and/or distributed task scheduling</li><li>Strong background of Infrastructure, Networking, Storage, and DevOps scripting/tooling</li><li>Experience deploying AI/ML workloads </li><li>Understanding of data storage technologies (databases, file, block, blob)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to reach cross-functional consensus without all the details</li><li>Strong bias towards action and ability to drive to resolution cross-functionality </li></ul> Ways to stand out from the crowd:<ul><li>Strong background in optimization of AI workloads</li><li>Knowledge of software interface design for less technical end-users</li><li>Experienced, persuasive and effective presentation skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, coaching, analysis, problem solving and short/long term planning</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to handle diverse situations</li></ul> NVIDIA is leading the way in groundbreaking developments in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing and Visualization.
