They will work in partnership with NVIDIA leaders in technologies like HPC, AI, Quantum, and data center solutions, aligning them with research funding, grants, partnerships, and national labs. They will facilitate connections between NVIDIA, federal agencies, academia, and research institutions to promote scientific computing.What youll be doing:<ul><li>Establish, devise, and guide initiatives sponsored by DOE and NSF, from concept to proposal and throughout implementation, reporting, and conclusion.</li><li>Build and cultivate connections with DOE/NSF program officers, national labs, universities, industry consortia, and internal partners.</li><li>Translate agency technical priorities and funding solicitations into actionable program objectives, internal resource plans, and partner engagements.</li><li>Evaluate budgets, schedules, achievements, objectives, risk mitigation and compliance (including grants/contracts terms and conditions).</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&amp;D, product, marketing, legal, finance, and partners to complete program goals.</li><li>Track, measure and report program metrics (e.g., technology adoption, research outcomes, key performance indicators) and present updates to senior leadership.</li><li>Ensure program alignment with NVIDIA’s business strategy, federal funding landscape, and customer/partner needs.</li><li>Ensure governance and compliance (e.g., DEIA, data sharing, IP/tech transfer, federal reporting).</li></ul>What we need to see:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.</li><li>12+ years of program management, ideally in technology, research grants/contract environment, or government/academic partnerships.</li><li>Detailed proficiency in coordinating multi-stakeholder, multi-year initiatives with federal agencies, universities, or similarly intricate ecosystems.</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with senior technical and non-technical collaborators.</li><li>Excellent project management skills: budget, schedule, risk, scope control.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving priorities.</li></ul>Ways to stand out from the crowd:<ul><li>Advanced knowledge in the technical domain acquired through a higher education qualification or relevant professional background.</li><li>Prior experience in projects funded by DOE/NSF, collaborations with national laboratories, and academic research partnerships.</li><li>Proficiency in groundbreaking computing technologies such as High-Performance Computing (HPC), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Quantum systems, data center setups, or similar platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with federal grant/contract regulations, technology transfer/IP frameworks, and research ecosystems.</li><li>Shown ability to influence across functions, negotiate partnership terms, and deliver high-impact results.</li></ul>Widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
