Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.We are now looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join our Academic Programs team.<div>What you’ll be doing:</div><ul><li>Work with multi-functional stakeholders to operate NVIDIA programs for researchers and educators</li><li>Design, implement, and execute scalable processes for timely fulfillment of research grants, review of grant applications, budget tracking, and reporting</li><li>Manage logistics of hardware shipments and cloud onboarding in fulfillment systems</li><li>Interface directly with prospective and awarded researchers through our support inbox to triage issues, provide program updates and reminders, and connect them to the right resources</li><li>Coordinate technical experts reviewing grant applications, monitor progress against program timelines and follow up as needed</li><li>Craft user documentation and flow diagrams to enable self-serve processes and program scalability</li><li>Support quality assurance testing using Salesforce Sales Cloud and other technology platforms used by external customers</li></ul>What we need to see:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher with 3+ years of demonstrated project management and operations experience</li><li>You are proactive, strategic, hands-on, and exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to solve problems independently</li><li>Proven experience using a mix of project management and operational skills to partner with internal and external customers</li><li>Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and project management tools, such as JIRA, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets</li><li>Strong affinity for organization and an obsession with data integrity</li><li>Track record of successfully working in global, cross-functional, and remote teams to build relationships and drive tangible results</li><li>Superb communication, decision-making, and influencing abilities</li><li>Able to see the big picture while identifying and resolving areas for improvement</li></ul>Ways to stand out from the crowd:<ul><li>Passion for bringing the latest resources in AI, 3D, and scientific computing to the academic community   </li><li>PMP or other Project/Program Management Certification</li></ul>NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
