As a key member of the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Program &amp; Incentives team, we are looking for an experienced Channel Partner Incentives Manager who will be primarily responsible for leading programs that provide financial rewards to NVIDIA partners.What youll be doing:<ul><li>Administer various incentives, such as rebates, discounts, and other rewards, to encourage partners to meet specific revenue range targets, drive customer adoption of NVIDIAs products, and increase partner business.</li><li>Improve and have direct oversight to the rules, processes, and payments for various incentive programs.</li><li>Build, manage, and provide assets for both internal and external audiences used to enhance partner financial benefit programs.</li><li>Engage with partners and internal team members to provide training and guidance on the incentive program benefits, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.</li><li>Partner with sales and business leadership to identify and develop key incentive program initiatives to achieve business goals.</li><li>Carry out and support regular reporting and business reviews with fellow team members within the company.</li><li>Provide financial program communication strategy support to increase incentives awareness, benefits, and participation requirements.</li></ul>What we need to see:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>2+ years of experience in channel partner programs, partner marketing, or channel development, or a blend of benefits program involvement.</li><li>Confirmed experience working with incentive programs aligned with business requirements, including training and enablement.</li><li>Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, business models, and Route to Market strategies.</li><li>Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Highly organized, attention to detail, and ability to assist multiple priority projects to closure.</li><li>Exceptional communication and social skills, ability to build positive relationships, and engage across all levels in the organization.</li><li>Demonstrated experience and success in building effective program materials and training enablement tools.</li></ul>Ways to stand out from the crowd:<ul><li>Enthusiasm for providing assistance and support to colleagues and clients, a strong interest in business strategy, and outstanding collaboration abilities.</li><li>Demonstrated experience developing and leading innovative and effective partner programs.</li><li>Self-starter, self-confident individual with integrity and accountability, highly motivated, driven, and attracted to a substantial opportunity.</li><li>Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, leading multiple high-priority projects, where strong organizational skills are crucial.</li></ul>NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
