If youre ready to make a meaningful impact and help craft the future of healthcare, we encourage you to apply.What Youll Be Doing:<ul><li>Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Digital Health ISVs understanding their business needs and helping them leverage NVIDIA technology.</li><li>Creating and executing strategic account plans to drive ISV partner growth.</li><li>Identifying opportunities to align Digital Health ISV solutions with NVIDIA technology and platforms and helping partners deliver value to their customers.</li><li>Cross-functional leadership working closely with NVIDIA solution architects, developer relations, business development, product teams, and marketing to bring the best of NVIDIA to our ISV partners.</li><li>Representing the voice of ISVs by identifying industry trends, gathering feedback, and overcoming obstacles to optimize ISV onboarding, time to market, and profitability.</li><li>Contributing to the long-term success of our team by being a collaborative leader amongst your peers. Consistently striving to learn, improve, and reinvent yourself.</li><li>Experience with SFDC, ensuring good pipeline hygiene, and driving and operationalizing pipelines through SFDC.</li><li>Traveling as needed to meet with clients and partners.</li></ul>What we need to see:<ul><li>Track record of successfully growing revenue for new innovative technology-based solutions including driving platform adoption.</li><li>5+ years of field enterprise technology sales, healthcare ISV partner management, and channel leadership.</li><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>Excellent communication and public speaking skills -- using simple communications that convey sophisticated concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way.</li><li>Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal), and influence cross-functionally.</li><li>Ability to identify and resolve complex issues, working with partners and internal teams to overcome challenges and achieve partner goals.</li><li>Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment which is often complex and ambiguous!</li></ul>Ways to stand out from the crowd:<ul><li>A passion for understanding new technologies and skilled at conveying their value to business executives and software development leaders.</li><li>An understanding of AI workflows and use cases.</li><li>Technical degree or equivalent experience in AI/ML.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to sell and work in a matrix-managed team culture.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation and business acumen</li></ul>NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
