Who You Are: As Nutrabolt’s Field Marketing Manager you will be a crucial component to growing the C4 brand in your assigned territory. You will lead a Field Marketing Team to execute samplings, events, demos, and retail merchandising identified by yourself, the Director of Field Marketing, and the Regional Field Marketing Manager. While this position is based out of your assigned territory, you are expected to travel to outside of it on occasion, depending on business needs. What Youre Good At: <ul> <li>Developing strategic plans to reach consumers in need of energy and authentically connecting them to the C4 brand</li> <li>Supporting our beverage distribution partners and sales teams by creating brand awareness in market, driving consumers to purchase, and executing local market plans</li> <li>Guiding the strategy, planning, scheduling, and execution of events, occasion sampling, demos, seeding and sales support activities · Recruiting, training, and leading a Field Marketing team of within your assigned market</li> <li>Administering day-to-day operations including team scheduling, inventory management, customer surveys, goal tracking, and expense management</li> <li>Having awareness of the community and being connected with those that reach our brand pillars, ultimately opening doors for events and other sampling activities</li> <li>Identify opportunities &amp; propose strategic initiatives &amp; event participation to the Regional Field Marketing Manager based on understanding of local market trends</li> <li>Acting as the spokesperson for our brands with high energy and strong people skills</li> <li>Be a product expert, interacting with &amp; educating consumers at scheduled sampling opportunities &amp; events</li> <li>Ensuring execution of all branding, display, product integration, and activation elements at events</li> <li>Partnering with brand Social Media Manager(s) and Community Engagement Rep(s) to plan, execute, and deliver high quality and engaging social media content (photos, videos, written copy suggestions) for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) from local field and event activations to drive engagement and growth of brand channels at a local and global level</li> <li>Act as a cross-functional liaison of in-market activations with the Social Media Team to provide real-time engagement and brand storytelling opportunities through strong and reliable communication</li> <li>Occasionally participating in Distributor Sales Meetings and market blitz/crew drive activities in your territory, possibly others</li> <li>Monitor, measure and report on your team’s effectiveness including monthly recaps</li> <li>Overseeing accurate reporting in our CRM tool (currently Repsly)</li> <li>Managing and operating company vehicles, including maintenance scheduling and reporting damages or incidents immediately</li> <li>Manage inventory of marketing materials including shipping and storage</li> <li>Maintain product training goals and certifications</li> <li>Manage and track budget, corporate credit card and expenses</li> <li>In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:  <ul> <li>Sampling Goals</li> <li>Trainer Network</li> <li>Demo Conversion</li> <li>Partnerships</li> <li>Store Volume Lift</li> </ul> </li> </ul> What You Contribute: <ul> <li>3+ years’ experience in Field Marketing</li> <li>Proven experience in managing teams</li> <li>Must be available to work varied days and hours (potentially nights and weekends)</li> <li>Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable under our companies policy</li> <li>A strong understanding of our brand(s) visual and content aesthetics, audience, voice and tone</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook</li> <li>The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills</li> <li>Great initiative, organization, and adaptability skills</li> <li>Strong organizational skills</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Demonstrated success in executing logistical details, to include best practices, customer and employee needs, and short and long-term strategic plans</li> <li>Valid Drivers License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Nutrabolt’s MVR policy guidelines</li> <li>Ability to carry 50lbs+ and meet physical demands of the jo</li> </ul> Why Nutrabolt?
