As the first growth hire on this side of the business, you will define the strategy, stand up new channels 0→1, optimize our performance, and own a meaningful target driving the company’s ambitious growth goals.</p> <p>You’ll be joining a collaborative and passionate team that’s dedicated to improving lives through better nutrition, and you’ll be a pivotal player in our vision to help one hundred million people live healthier, longer lives using Nourish.</p> <p>This person will report into our <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/davisonchung/">Director of Provider Growth</a> and work closely with the other parts of the Provider Growth Org (recruiting and onboarding) as well as cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy &amp; ops, and our core growth marketing team.</p> <p>This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only. Expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week, with some remote flexibility, from our office in Flatiron.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build out and maintain a detailed prospect database, including engagement and signal-based data</li> <li>Test, scale, and optimize our paid growth channels, using both technical and creative levers</li> <li>Explore and experiment with new growth channels, building them out from 0→1 and 1→N</li> <li>Design lifecycle and nurture campaigns to maintain long-term relationships with providers</li> <li>Develop our demand generation strategy and tactics, from content and webinars to in-person events and conferences</li> <li>Build out our provider marketing reporting and analytics stack</li> <li>Manage our Provider Growth budget, improving our efficiency and scale</li> </ul> <h3><strong>We’d love to hear from you if:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>You have <strong>3-6 years of experience</strong>, with <strong>2+ years of experience at a start-up or fast-growing company;</strong> ideally in growth, or strategy and business operations</li> <li>You are an <strong>end-to-end problem solver</strong> - you think through and breakdown every piece of a problem, and then can execute from start to finish</li> <li>You love <strong>building from scratch -</strong> you know how to put together an MVP or stand-up WIP solutions and thrive in figuring out how to do something for the first time</li> <li>You are a <strong>talented analytical thinker</strong> who loves crafting their next steps from the numbers</li> <li>You have <strong>strong communication skills</strong> - you can put your vision into words, and communicate it effectively to a cross-functional team, as well as to our core provider audiences</li> <li>You are a <strong>creative marketer</strong> - you are not all numbers, all the time.
