Reporting to the <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/craig-thompson-09150992/">Head of Provider Sales</a>, you’ll own the strategy and execution of sales onboarding, ongoing training, leadership development, and rep performance coaching. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive <strong>faster rep ramp time, increased referral volume, and improved sales efficiency</strong>, while ensuring <strong>PPM (Provider Partnerships Manager) engagement and retention</strong> stay high.</p> <p>This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with both sales and sales enablement experience who’s excited about building a function from scratch, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about empowering sales teams to succeed.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>PPM Onboarding:</strong> Design, coordinate, and iterate on a structured onboarding program to ensure new PPMs ramp quickly and effectively.</li> <li><strong>Ongoing Learning &amp; Development:</strong> Identify team skill gaps and deliver targeted trainings, including clinical deep dives and professional growth opportunities.</li> <li><strong>Content &amp; Resource Development:</strong> Create and maintain collateral, email templates, and a well-organized Notion workspace to support PPMs.</li> <li><strong>Sales Playbook Iteration:</strong> Update and refine the sales playbook using team feedback, best practices, and data from Gong.</li> <li><strong>Leadership Development:</strong> Build programs to prepare high-performing PPMs for leadership roles and develop their management skills.</li> <li><strong>PPM Feedback Loops:</strong> Conduct pulse checks, consolidate team insights, and work with leadership to address challenges and improve processes.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>We’d love to hear from you if:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>You have 10+ years of total sales experience - with 3+ years in sales enablement and 1+ year of management experience</li> <li>You have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective onboarding, training, and coaching programs.</li> <li>You have a strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and challenges faced by sales teams. Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools is a must.</li> <li>You have a knack for simplifying complexity.
