Responsibilities Under general guidance, the Intermediate Clinical Application Systems Analyst - focus is on Healthy Planet Module assists in developing, configuring and maintaining application systems and follows control processes including requests for changes, and enhancements. Supports existing clinical information technology systems including routine maintenance, problem management and troubleshooting. Analyzes system needs, helps to investigate solutions and presents and implement recommendations to senior analyst and management. Serves as a liaison between system vendors and internal users and other IS partners. Must possess a working understanding of industry requirements and business implications of technology solutions to the current clinical environment. Competent to work on all phases of applications systems analysis, programming, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities with minimal supervision. This position offers a fully remote work opportunity. Qualifications Required: With Associates Degree: Three years of experience in clinical application support/ Healthcare Information Technology or 5 years in clinical experience. Without Associates Degree: Five years of experience in clinical application support/ Healthcare Information Technology or 7 years in clinical experience. EPIC Certification/Accreditation: Must obtain EPIC credential through either certification or accreditation within 12 weeks of completing Epic training.
