<p><b>Summary:</b></p><p>In support of Strategic Planning Strategies’ subscribers and their high-net-worth clients, the Wealth Planning Lead, will be a dedicated resource and member of the client-facing Sophisticated Planning Strategies team.  Acting in a specialist capacity, the role entails utilizing advanced planning knowledge in the Ultra/High Net Worth (U/HNW) space; providing top-tier, highly customized financial planning strategies and expertise to advisors and their valued prospects and clients.  The Wealth Planning Lead regularly collaborates with other financial professionals (i.e. Attorney, CPA) within the SPS team on opportunities to solve for the complex needs of our advisor’s clients.  Key elements of success in the role include strong consultative and communication skills, advanced planning acumen and ability to work well in a team environment.</p><p></p><p><b>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities Include:</b></p><ul><li>Collaboration with team members and Private Client Group advisors to build financial plans with an emphasis on estate planning, business succession, tax optimization, executive compensation, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Provide in-depth case consultation, review of legal, tax and financial documentation, as well as strategy design.</li><li>Analyze clients’ current financial situation and model recommended advanced planning concepts utilizing internal and external software.</li><li>Regularly present strategies and solutions to advisors and their clients; applying strong influencing skills to enable client decision making and implementation.</li><li>Build and leverage relationships with internal stakeholders to address unique client circumstances to ensure appropriate and timely delivery of financial recommendations.</li><li>Exhibit empathy and emotional intelligence to understand and address client concerns effectively.</li><li>Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and issues, demonstrating a strong commitment to client satisfaction.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Financial Planning, Finance, Economics or Accounting.</li><li>Minimum of ten years of financial planning experience; High-Net-Worth experience highly desired.</li><li>CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation required.</li><li>Series 6 or 7 required or obtained within the first 180 days of hire.</li><li>State of residence insurance license required or obtained within first 180 days of hire.</li><li>Proven experience in developing comprehensive financial plans and effectively presenting tailored recommendations to clients.</li><li>In-depth knowledge on life insurance products and advanced solutions preferred.</li><li>Strong consultative, communication and analytical skills.</li><li>Existing knowledge and willingness to deepen in advanced planning areas including tax optimization, estate/legacy planning, and business succession/exit planning.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders from various backgrounds and with different communication styles.</li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a client-oriented approach to articulate complex financial information and concepts to clients with varying levels of financial literacy.</li><li>Proven ability to develop trusting relationships with financial advisors and colleagues.</li><li>Advanced skills with financial planning software and/or excel desired.</li><li>Exhibit a team player and growth mindset.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p>This position has been classified as a Registered Representative under NMIS guidelines and requires fingerprinting.Series 6 - FINRA, Series 7 - FINRA<p></p><p></p><p><u><b>Compensation Range:</b></u></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><p></p><div><p>Pay Range - Start:</p></div><p></p></div></div></div></div></div></div>$102,060.00<h3></h3><p></p><h3></h3><h3></h3><p>Pay Range - End:</p><p></p>$189,540.00<p></p><p></p><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><u><b>Geographic Specific Pay Structure:</b></u></p><p></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>210 - Structure 110: 112,280.00 USD - 208,520.00 USD<h3></h3><h3></h3>210 - Structure 115: 117,390.00 USD - 218,010.00 USD<p></p><p></p><p></p><p><i><span>We believe in fairness and transparency.
