Discover the advantages of working with a company that values your well-being and career advancement.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Primary Duties &amp; Accountabilities:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Tax return management and review for high-net-worth individual clients, and future business return clients.</p></li><li><p>Review tax projections and evaluate client individual returns, business returns when applicable, financials information, and circumstances to identify planning opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Active collaboration with team members and elite wealth management advisors to build financial plans with an emphasis on estate, business succession or exit strategies, and income tax optimization.</p></li><li><p>Analyze clients’ tax and financial statuses to build strategies and drive client decision making.</p></li><li><p>Examine and position tax and financial solutions with focus on Northwestern Mutual’s approach of integrating investments and life insurance, where applicable.</p></li><li><p>Present to advisors and clients, often in a lead role, to enable client decision making.</p></li><li><p>Build and leverage relationships with other areas of the company to address unique client circumstances in the high-net-worth marketplace and ensure seamless delivery of tax returns and integration of tax strategies and tax implications into financial plans. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Qualifications</u>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax emphasis required.</p></li><li><p>CPA license required.  Other specialty knowledge, advanced degree, certification, or designation preferred, but not required.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 15 years of experience with high-net-worth individual and business tax planning and tax return compliance. </p></li><li><p>Broad understanding of estate and business planning strategies, financial planning, investment and insurance products.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated strength consulting with high-net-worth clients ($20M+) and financial advisors.</p></li><li><p>Client centric written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience developing and executing strategy in dynamic environment.</p></li><li><p>Experience with CCH Axcess Tax software.</p></li><li><p>Excellent manager skills to grow and develop CPAs, effectively use resources or deep technical expertise.</p></li><li><p>Tax research experience required.</p></li><li><p>Team player, with the ability to work with others frequently.</p></li></ul><ul></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><u><b>Compensation Range:</b></u></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><p></p><div><p>Pay Range - Start:</p></div><p></p></div></div></div></div></div></div>$135,800.00<h3></h3><p></p><h3></h3><h3></h3><p>Pay Range - End:</p><p></p>$252,200.00<p></p><p></p><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><u><b>Geographic Specific Pay Structure:</b></u></p><p></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>225 - Structure 110: 149,380.00 USD - 277,420.00 USD<h3></h3><h3></h3>225 - Structure 115: 156,170.00 USD - 290,030.00 USD<p></p><p></p><p></p><p><i><span>We believe in fairness and transparency.
