With more than 130 years of financial experience and over 22,000 partners, we serve the world’s most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service.<div>The Role: </div><div>This role is based in our Limerick office and will be within our Fund Administration Division.  </div><div> </div><div>The role involves the consultation and production/oversight of daily, monthly and quarterly reporting solutions for submission to Regulators across Europe on a wide range of fund structures.   </div><div> </div><div><div>We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home. </div><div> </div><div>The key responsibilities of the role include:  </div><div><ul><li>Lead planning and execution of the daily and periodic regulatory reporting in cooperation with the other senior partners on the team. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Engage with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and to ensure that all current requirements are met. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Engage with Regulators, Relationship Management and Northern Trust clients on any queries on our existing reporting solutions or on adhoc information requests. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Participate in the cross training of partners across EMEA and outsourced locations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Promote a proactive and constructive relationship with the team partners based in Manila which provides support on the regulatory solutions. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Working with the leadership team to develop a strategic and scalable operating model for service offerings, thus ensuring we have a sustainable and profitable product offering for any future clients. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Be pro-active in communication with clients, providing suggestions for operational efficiencies, process improvements, and improvements to client experiences.  </li></ul></div><div></div></div><div><div>The successful candidate will benefit from having:  </div><div><ul><li>Experience in financial services/asset management/fund administration is desirable but not essential. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience of working with teams in multiple locations as part of an outsourced arrangement is desirable but not essential.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to build strong consultative relationships with external clients. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Self-motivated, innovative and analytical. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong Time management and organisational skills.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong ability to check and identify errors and an ability to interpret large amounts of data. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Demonstrates commitment to producing professional and high-quality work in required timelines. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge current processes and develop recommendations for alternate solutions. </li></ul></div></div>Working with Us:As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
