As we prepare for our next stage of growth, we’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Sourcing Manager to help us strengthen operations, optimize procurement, and build reliable systems for scale. If you’re a hands-on, solution-oriented professional with deep experience in sourcing, supply coordination, and inventory tracking — especially across global markets — this is your opportunity to join a fast-growth startup in the heart of Vilnius. Your input will directly shape how we scale our operations globally — from supplier negotiations to stock strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Supplier Coordination:
- Source raw materials, packaging, and finished products for multiple brands, based on specifications from the Head of Product.
- Manage relationships with international suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Own supplier negotiations - including pricing, MOQs, and payment terms.
- Request quotes, samples, and lead time updates.
- Track supplier timelines and capacity for future launches or reorders.
- Maintain documentation such as COAs, SDSs, and other compliance materials.
- Continuously evaluate suppliers and sourcing models to improve margins or reduce supply risk.
- Inventory & Fulfillment:
- ExecutionMonitor and forecast inventory levels across all warehouses (US, EU, etc.) to ensure product availability - without tying up unnecessary capital.
- Prepare reorder recommendations based on sales velocity, campaign calendar, and lead times.
- Place and track POs for raw materials and finished goods.
- Liaise with customs and freight forwarders to coordinate inbound deliveries.
- Work closely with 3PL partners to ensure proper receiving, labeling, and fulfillment readiness.
- Monitor and coordinate inventory for Amazon FBA, ensuring availability and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product on procurement strategy and cost optimizations linked to gross margin goals.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or operations - ideally with a track record of successful supplier negotiations
- Strong grasp of international supply chains, including working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Skilled in forecasting demand, managing POs, and tracking supplier timelines
- Comfortable working with operational spreadsheets and inventory planning tools
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage projects with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or supplements
- Background working with Chinese suppliers
- Familiarity with contract manufacturing or 3PL operations
Salary Range
- Gross Salary: 3000 – 4000 EUR/month, depending on experience and qualifications. We’re open to discussing higher compensation for candidates with exceptional expertise.
