Main Responsibilities

Market research: competitor and market trend analysis, contribution to business strategy
Presentation prep & follow-up: gathering data, designing slides, polishing decks, presenting occasionally;
Vendor management and financial control: invoice routing, coding, chasing approvals, budget monitoring;
Org charts & process docs: maintaining your team’s structure, RACI, SOPs, even basic dashboards;
Cross-team liaison: routing questions, surface-level research, setting up workshops;
Meeting support: agendas, minutes, action-item tracking, calendar coordination.

Core Requirements

Perfect organisational skills (comfort with spreadsheets, charts, to-do lists, diary management);
Strong communication skills (clear writing, good at follow-up);
Good understanding of core business functions and their interdependencies;
Fluency in basic tech tools for ops/admin work (Office 365/Google Workspace, Lucidchart/Visio, basic data tools)
Proactive approach (can spot what needs to be done and just do it!);
Flexibility towards business needs (ability to jump between admin, ops, and light project work).

Salary Range

Gross Salary 2150-4140 EUR/Month.
