You’ll be joining a team at an exciting period of growth, working with high budgets, and helping us scale in a fast-paced environment.</span></div><div><br /></div><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Setup, manage &amp; optimize campaigns on Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat &amp; X).</li><li>Be a core cog in our creative pipeline. Brief UGC creators, suggest new concepts and request edits to performance-focused videos, and watch your creative decisions drive serious revenue growth.</li><li>Make sure that results are in line with KPIs, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our results.</li><li>Always have an eye on competitor and non-competitor advertising activities and keep a pulse on the latest trends in the social media advertising industry.</li><li>Embrace data-driven insights to make informed decisions, build better strategies, and share expertise on the best approaches for creatives.</li><li>Develop audience strategies leveraging tools like GA4, Meta &amp; TikTok Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.</li><li>Maintain budgets and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and within allocated spend. </li></ul><h3>Core requirements</h3><ul><li>Strong expertise in managing Paid Social channels, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat &amp; X.</li><li>Proven experience in creating and implementing successful campaign strategies.</li><li>Can analyse performance data and translate insights into winning creative briefs.</li><li>Hands on experience with running both Android and iOS app campaigns.  </li><li>Excellent analytical and organizational skills to monitor campaign execution and ensure accuracy.</li><li>The data-driven mindset with the ability to set up dashboards and use the latest analytics tools to track and optimize performance.</li><li>Ability to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the table.</li><li>Solid background in B2C marketing.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. </li></ul><h3>Salary Range</h3><ul><li>Gross Salary 2100 - 4200 EUR/Month.</li></ul><div><br /></div><div><b>About Us</b></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Nord Security</b> is a global leader in internet privacy and security solutions and Lithuania’s second tech unicorn.
