We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Product Marketing effort. As the Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of NordLayers offerings by crafting and executing innovative strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth. You will lead a team of talented professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and achieve our collective goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the voice of the customer to identify product challenges and growth opportunities.
- Craft product positioning, messaging, and segmentation strategies.
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies based on customer and market insights.
- Align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps and business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain differentiation.
- Build sales enablement materials to support acquisition and retention efforts.
- Collaborate on content strategies for thought leadership and brand awareness.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing product marketing team.
Core Requirements:
- 3+ years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Strong background in go-to-market strategy, positioning, and pricing.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Data-driven approach to market analysis and customer insights.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and team development.
Salary Range:
- Gross Salary 3800-5100 EUR/Month.
