DevOps engineer | Mid-senior | Threat Protection | Remote Poland

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Threat Intelligence team to develop machine learning models;
• Design and manage infrastructure for data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation in a multi-tenant, distributed environment;
• Assist with service migration within cloud environments (AWS S3, EC2, EMR, Kubernetes);
• Expand code delivery pipeline automation using Python, Docker, GitLab CI;
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed models and infrastructure;
• Apply best practices for security, availability, and observability;
• Document model development processes, experiments, and results for reproducibility.

Core Requirements

• Proven experience in Data Engineering, Software Development, Systems Administration/DevOps, Machine Learning, or related fields;
• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS services (RDS, Lambda, EC2, S3, EMR, SageMaker);
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform);
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, MLflow);
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark);
• Proficiency in Python programming, knowledge of Shell scripting languages;
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, distributed computing);
• Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals;
• Ownership mindset with critical thinking and attention to detail;
• Ability to communicate problems and solutions with people from different technical backgrounds.

Salary Range

• Gross Salary 17600-33400 PLN/Month.
