<div><b>At NordProtect, we’re building a complete identity theft protection service.</b></div><div><br /></div><div>Join the team behind Nord Security’s latest product—combining dark web monitoring, credit alerts, and identity theft insurance into one powerful platform.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Your impact? </b>Helping people protect their identities, spot threats early, and recover stronger.</div><h3> Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Revenue Growth:</b> Drive sales and revenue  through a mix of direct sales and broker channel partnerships.</li><li><b>Broker Network Development: </b>Identify, engage, and onboard employee benefit brokers to include our identity protection solution in their portfolio.</li><li><b>Relationship Management:</b> Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with broker partners through regular communication, in-person meetings, and virtual touchpoints.</li><li><b>Product Education: </b>Conduct comprehensive training sessions for brokers to ensure they understand the value proposition and technical aspects of our identity protection SaaS solution.</li><li><b>Sales Enablement:</b> Create and distribute compelling sales collateral, case studies, and proposal templates to support brokers in their sales efforts.</li><li><b>Market Representation:</b> Represent the company at industry conferences, broker meetings, and client-facing events to strengthen brand presence and credibility.</li><li><b>Client Engagement:</b> Lead executive-level presentations and product demos for HR decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise organizations.</li><li><b>Market Insights:</b> Track competitive activity and industry trends to help shape go-to-market strategies and inform product development.</li><li><b>Forecasting &amp; Reporting:</b> Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain clear pipeline visibility for senior leadership.</li></ul><h3>Core Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>Industry Experience:</b> 5-7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development  in employee benefits, SaaS or related industries</li><li><b>Sales Performance:</b> Proven track record of building and maintaining productive partnerships resulting in measurable revenue growth</li><li><b>Industry Knowledge:</b> Strong understanding of employee benefits products, benefits administration platforms, broker ecosystem, sales cycles and integration requirements.</li><li><b>Relationship Management:</b> Exceptional interpersonal skills with success building networks and long-term client partnerships</li><li><b>Communication Skills: </b>Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal</li><li><b>Proactive mindset</b> with strong time management and organizational abilities</li></ul><h3>Salary Range</h3><ul><li>We are open to discuss salaries based on your skills.
