In this role, you’ll help people own it.</span></div><div><br /></div><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Process and review purchase invoices and employee expenses in Payhawk.</li><li>Match payments accurately to vendors and ensure correct postings (debits/credits).</li><li>Prepare and post accruals for unreceived invoices or expenses.</li><li>Reconcile payables, analyze aging reports, and resolve variances.</li><li>Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.</li><li>Support accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial reports.</li><li>Respond to audit requests promptly and assist with VAT returns and tax declarations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (auditors, service providers).</li><li>Prioritize tasks independently, ensuring high-impact tasks are addressed first.</li><li>Identify and resolve accounting process issues, contributing to improvements.</li></ul><h3>Core Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience). </li><li>2+ years of knowledge and experience in accounting or finance fields. </li><li>Overall solid accounting knowledge in Chart of Accounts, Balance  Sheet, Income Statement, accruals, proper (re)classification and code  of expenses for accurate financial reporting; good understanding of  tax regulations with ability to prepare tax declarations. </li><li>Experience working with Business Central (former Microsoft  Dynamics NAV) is preferred. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel: proficiency in SUMIF,  VLOOKUP, IF functions, PIVOT tables, data validation and conditional  formatting, data entry and formatting, including Google Sheets. </li><li>Attention to details. </li><li>Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Self-driven, initiative, problem-solving oriented person. </li><li>Great communication skills</li></ul><h3>Salary Range</h3><ul><li>Gross Salary 1700 - 2700 EUR/Month.</li></ul><div><b><span>What We Offer</span></b></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Innovate with industry leaders</b></div><div><span>Work alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Learn &amp; grow</b></div><div><span>Boost your skills via our extensive training programs (online and offline) &amp; other resources.
