Our Product Design Team Product Design at Noom plays a pivotal role in shaping experiences that inspire, motivate, and empower our users to achieve transformational health outcomes. About the Role As Noom continues to grow, we’re seeking a Vice President, Product Design and User Experience to lead our world-class design organization. In this role, you will set the strategic vision for design at Noom, foster a culture of creativity and excellence, and ensure our experiences meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and impact. We’re looking for a leader who not only sets direction but brings a strong point of view on design and thrives in being hands-on, modeling design excellence through their own craft. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Other elements of Noom’s Compensation Package <ul> <li>Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package.
