About the Role As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Marketing Data Scientist to optimize marketing effectiveness, forecast the impact of ad spend, and enhance our attribution models. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in statistics and machine learning, particularly within marketing analytics and forecasting. You Will <ul> <li>Develop and improve Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models in collaboration with marketing channel managers and external vendors</li> <li>Build and refine Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to assess the contribution of various marketing channels to business outcomes</li> <li>Forecast the impact of marketing spend on customer signups across multiple product lines</li> <li>Analyze data and extract actionable insights, offering recommendations to both marketing and finance stakeholders</li> <li>Apply advanced statistical methods, including Bayesian modeling and pattern recognition, to improve forecasting accuracy</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the finance team on forecasting and projections to ensure model consistency and enhanced methodologies</li> <li>Work with large datasets using Python, SQL, and tools like Pandas and NumPy to derive insights </li> </ul> About You If you’re interested in shaping the future of health by advancing data-driven marketing strategies, this role may be for you! The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including (but not limited to) relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, role scope, and location.
