You will report directly to our CTO &amp; Co-Founder. You’ll lead teams across IT, DevOps, and SRE, while also shaping our AI adoption strategy and strengthening the resilience of our technology stack.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><h3>How you will make an impact</h3><ul><li><b>Strategic Leadership &amp; Planning</b></li><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive technology operations strategy aligned with Nomi Health’s mission and business goals.</li><li>Balance tactical execution with long-term strategic initiatives to ensure both immediate efficiency and future scalability.</li><li><b>Technical Leadership &amp; Team Management</b></li><li>Provide forward-thinking leadership in designing and managing secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on AWS.</li><li>Champion best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation, and operational excellence.</li><li>Lead and mentor the Technology Operations and SRE teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration.</li><li>Establish and oversee monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response processes to maintain high availability and performance.</li><li><b>AI Strategy &amp; Execution</b></li><li>Define and execute the vision and roadmap for AI adoption across the enterprise.</li><li>Identify and assess opportunities to integrate AI into internal workflows, products, and customer-facing tools.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions that enhance productivity and user experience.</li><li><b>Infrastructure &amp; Operations Management</b></li><li>Oversee IT systems, DevOps environments, and AWS cloud operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across divisions.</li><li>Partner with Security &amp; Compliance teams to implement robust cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.</li><li>Continuously optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.</li><li><b>Product Team Collaboration</b></li><li>Work closely with product teams to align infrastructure with product requirements and strategic objectives.</li><li>Collaborate on innovative solutions that strengthen Nomi’s offerings and improve operational efficiency.</li><li><b>Budget, Vendor &amp; Financial Management</b></li><li>Manage and optimize the IT and infrastructure budget, balancing cost with scalability and innovation.</li><li>Partner with Finance to ensure technology investments are aligned with company financial objectives.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships to maximize value and service quality.</li><li><b>Process Improvement &amp; Innovation</b></li><li>Drive process automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across technology operations.</li><li>Apply Agile methodologies to accelerate delivery, foster cross-functional collaboration, and increase transparency.</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain Nomi’s competitive advantage.</li><li><b>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</b></li><li>Act as a trusted partner to executive leadership and division heads, ensuring alignment with business and product strategies.</li><li>Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, building support for initiatives across the organization.</li></ul><h3>What we are looking for</h3><ul><li>10+ years of experience in technology operations, IT, DevOps, or infrastructure leadership roles.</li><li>Proven track record of managing cloud environments at scale, with deep expertise in AWS.</li><li>Strong background in modern DevOps practices: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation, and SRE principles.</li><li>Experience leading AI initiatives from vision through execution is highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated success managing and mentoring high-performing technical teams.</li><li>Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.</li><li>Collaborative leader who thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.</li></ul><div><span>Nomi Health delivers disruptive healthcare solutions, in partnership with like-minded employers, public sector organizations, advisors (brokers/consultants), and payers/TPAs.
