The company is co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>About the Role:</b></div><div><br /></div><div> Nium is looking to hire a Senior Analyst to support in strengthening the </div><div> relationship with both existing &amp; new partners across transactional support, </div><div> compliance processes &amp; technical integrations, amongst others.</div><div><br /></div><div> The ideal candidate will be able to get into the details while providing </div><div> operational expertise and guidance, managing escalations and bringing process improvement / enhancement for seamless transactional services. This role will also require strong competencies in performing detailed data gathering on partners performance in terms of payment processing and analyzing the gathered data.</div><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Managing the day-to-day operational issues and challenges on payment processing with Network Partners and plan/execute various improvements &amp; enhancements on Tech, Product, Business and Network Relationship fronts.</li><li>Timely escalations &amp; complete closure of BAU tickets assigned. Analyse and devise root-level fixes, arrangements to avoid escalations.</li><li>Analyze patterns, trends on payment processing and share regular insights.</li><li>Analyse existing engagement areas with Partners and uncover potential to work on existing and new areas with Partners. Provide on the ground insights on payment experience, issue resolution &amp; customer centricity of each Partner, to help Network Head take informed and calibrated decisions on managing flows &amp; business with Partners, within or across corridors.</li><li>Develop strong understanding of the current processes, including both Partner banks and management experience.</li><li>Partner with core stakeholders across Network, Operations, Customer success, Treasury, Finance &amp; others to drive excellence in outcome for our customers.</li><li>Engage with internal and external stakeholders suitably, evaluate alternatives to drive improvements in the speed and efficiency of payments, leveraging best practices, automation to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.</li><li>Proactively seeking Regular updates from partner bank on new features or enhancements and monitoring critical incidents reported if any.</li><li>Plan and organize Service meetings with Partner banks at periodic intervals.</li><li>Engage in other special projects, as needed.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experiences in the Finance/Banking industry.</li><li>Good knowledge of the payments industry and prior experience in Fintech companies will be added advantage.</li><li>Broad Payments product knowledge (SWIFT, ACH, payment gateways, Instant transfer, APIs, SFTP).</li><li>Strategic mindset and a desire to dive in and solve business challenges as well technical challenges.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong analytics – able to investigate, understand and solve day to day issues.
