Nimble fosters a culture of collaboration, open communication and deliberate action that allows us to face today’s most exciting challenges head-on and grow incredibly quickly.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>We’re looking for an Ad Campaign Manager to help us scale Nimble’s advertising business by supporting campaign setup, management, and performance reporting for our growing network of pharmaceutical advertisers.</span></div><h3>As an Ad Campaign Manager, you will:</h3><ul><li>Support the onboarding and setup of new ad campaigns with pharmaceutical brands and healthcare advertisers, ensuring smooth and timely launches</li><li>Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including trafficking creative assets, adjusting budgets, implementing optimizations, and setting up A/B tests</li><li>Monitor campaign performance across digital platforms and deliver timely, insightful reports with actionable recommendations</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to scope campaign opportunities, create proposals, and provide performance forecasts</li><li>Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to align on technical implementation and ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and delivery against client goals</li></ul><h3>What you bring:</h3><ul><li>1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, or a related field</li><li>Previous experience at a media agency is required, ideally with exposure to end-to-end campaign management across social, web, and programmatic platforms</li><li>Hands-on involvement in planning and executing media campaigns, managing creative and content assets, and working closely with cross-functional marketing and product teams</li><li>Familiarity with digital performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rates, etc.) and a strong ability to draw insights and optimize accordingly</li><li>Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li><li>Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail — you enjoy working with data and spotting patterns that drive improvement</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present campaign results and insights</li><li>Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, etc.) or SQL is a plus</li><li>A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a mission-driven organization</li><li>Bachelor’s degree</li></ul><h3>What’s in it for you:</h3><ul><li>Compassionate and driven colleagues in a collaborative, high-impact environment</li><li>Direct access to executives and a transparent company culture</li><li>Accelerated career growth in a fast-growing company</li><li>Rare opportunity to shape the future of healthcare and improve the lives of millions</li><li>The chance to work on something meaningful — your (grand)parents and (grand)children will understand and appreciate what you do</li><li>Comprehensive Medical / Dental / Vision / 401K benefits package</li><li>Generous Vacation Policy - 15 days of paid vacation in the first year, then increases to 20 days after one year</li><li>11 Paid Holidays </li><li>Work out of our HQ in beautiful downtown Redwood City</li></ul><div>At Nimble, we are dedicated to putting patients first and improving pharmacies across America.
