You will responsible to configuration, test, and deploy changes related to Workday Payroll, Leaves and Benefits required to meet business requirements. You will be driving the technical deliverables to be delivered on time.<h2>WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON</h2><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain payroll modules within the Workday ecosystem.</li><li>Configure payroll business processes, pay components, earnings, deductions, tax setups,</li><li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.</li><li>Debug and resolve production issues and support change requests.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.</li><li>Collaborate with functional teams (HR, Finance, Compliance) to understand business requirements.</li><li>Create user guides and support documentation for ongoing maintenance.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve payroll system performance, accuracy, and efficiency.</li><li>Stay updated on Workday releases and proactively suggest enhancements.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis to determine appropriate action plan for break/fix.</li><li>Ensure 100% alignment to all policy, processes, and procedures.</li><li>Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas of HR data and information, whether internal to Nike or customer specific.</li></ul><h2>WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH</h2><ul><li>Work with lead / Manager to make sure assigned work is delivered on time.</li><li>Work with product management to understand business requirements.</li><li>Work with cross product engineers and integrations to deliver the deliverables on time.</li></ul><h2>WHAT YOU BRING</h2><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training</li><li>7+ years of experience with configuring payroll, leaves, benefits</li><li>5+ years of experience configuring Workday Payroll, Leaves, Benefits</li><li>Experience with Workday Core HCM and Advanced Compensation is preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll architecture and processes</li><li>Experience with Workday EIB, Global Core Connectors, and Workday Report Writer</li><li>At least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated Workday Functional and technical experience</li><li>Advanced understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle including integration requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and move to production</li><li>Knowledge of SaaS applications and SaaS deployment models</li><li>Ability to collaboratively work with Product owners in the implementation of the technical content in Agile Framework</li><li>Workday Payroll Pro Certification preferred</li><li>Detail oriented with superior analytical, problem solving, pragmatism and organization skills</li><li>Ability to pick up new technologies and common applications</li></ul>We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
