The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing software development teams. The Software Engineering Manager will be responsible for driving technical innovation, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.We value hands-on leadership—this role involves approximately 85% hands-on technical work alongside management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams and large, complex projects, while remaining deeply involved in the technical execution.You should be proficient in building software applications using micro services architecture and have strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is essential.
