Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of textile and trims/components manufacturing, including costing throughout the value chain.</li><li>Knowledge of Apparel Packaging manufacturing and costing is a plus</li><li>Proven experience in building and deploying material cost models and negotiating costs with external vendors.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset, with preferred experience in data systems or analytics.</li><li>Excellent communication, project management, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across complex environments and maintain focus through ambiguity; willingness to travel up to 10%.</li></ul>WHAT YOU’LL WORK ONAs an integral part of the Material Costing team, you will be the lead facilitating Costing capabilities for Accessories and Trims/Components, creating and maintaining ongoing tools, and working cross-functionally effectively to execute cost consolidation programs for maximum ROI.  You will be responsible for translating raw materials market data into negotiation targets, creating negotiation and costing strategies, conducting cost execution with key suppliers, tracking seasonal development cost progress, and capturing value through operational reporting.  You will need to unlock aggregated volume across similar materials to expand multi-source capabilities while improving finish goods COGs margins. We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
