If youre curious, collaborative, and excited by the idea of shaping the future of consumer understanding, this is the place for you. About this job  <ul><li>We’re looking for someone who can be the NA expert for qualitative project execution, able to work with colleagues to optimize the efficiency of our NA qualitative business.  </li></ul><ul><li>Get competitive costs from our suppliers.  </li></ul><ul><li>Procure recruits for studies and moderators separately, based on a detailed understanding of the optimum suppliers for different types of jobs. </li></ul><ul><li>Give guidance on the project management tasks required, in relation to:  </li></ul><ul><li>Online qual  </li></ul><ul><li>F2F qual  </li></ul><ul><li>F2F qual with products  </li></ul><ul><li>New AI platforms  </li></ul><ul><li>Workshops (including creative venue selection, costing for team travel, etc.)  </li></ul>Responsibilities  <ul><li>Ensure seamless execution of qualitative research projects while maintaining strong internal collaboration and client engagement through clear communication, strategic alignment, and responsive support throughout the project lifecycle. </li></ul><ul><li>Work with procurement to optimize our supply base, moving to strong relationships with a smaller number of suppliers in NA. </li></ul><ul><li>Help our business begin the transition from one where we rely heavily on external vendors to one in which moderation can be completed by our internal team. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
