<h3>Company Description</h3><p>NielsenIQ SA&amp;I team is seeking a talented Pre-Sales Enablement Specialist to play a key role in enabling sales teams to be more efficient and stay focused on winning business. This role will primarily be supporting sales development teams in Western Europe and working with cross-functional teams globally (Sales, Post-Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Success) to identify and manage the right mix of tools and processes to move opportunities to close faster.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Supporting sales representatives in the maintenance and management of their CRM records (MSD Dynamics) and proactively helping them manage their pipeline</li><li>Creating and updating proposals for clients (writing content based on the information provided, building project timelines, and calculating costs using the tools provided)</li><li>Checking feasibility and bidding with both internal and external suppliers for costs and timings of market research projects conducted all around the world</li><li>Collaborating with Strategic Analytics &amp; Insights sales representatives and supporting them in day-to-day activities</li><li>Preparing presentations for client meetings and creating value-added materials (customizing standard decks, gathering information from various sources, formatting, etc.)</li><li>Supporting sales representatives with updating decks with NIQ branding and making sure the content is client-ready</li><li>Analyzing market data, finding patterns and drawing conclusions</li><li>Support Sales Development Managers in outbound lead creation (Zoominfo, Appollo io, etc.) and maintenance</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>An ideal candidate is a proactive, deadline-driven task manager with an eye for process improvement.
