This position is ultimately responsible for the successful implementation of key deliverables to ensure that each release is designed with high availability, durability, serviceability and supportability in mind.  They also act as a key evangelist for the organization.   How will you make an impact? <ul> <li>Work with product management team to define new architectural requirements</li> <li>Ensure strong collaboration between other development teams, Product Management and Quality Assurance</li> <li>Set the end-to-end technical direction for the team, including platform, technology, tools, and infrastructure</li> <li>Communicate architecture in an effective and professional manor</li> <li>Drive technical decisions, solve tough problems, and coordinate multiple project execution, including hands-on approach where required</li> <li>Ensure that the development coding quality standards and review processes are followed to ensure proper security and high availability standards</li> <li>Monitoring the quality of code that is delivered through reviews and other processes</li> <li>Foster strong teamwork environment and create passion and energy within the team</li> <li>Be an active participant in the development leadership team ensuring corporate success</li> <li>Represents self and department with professionalism and competence.</li> </ul>   Have you got what it takes?   <ul> <li>15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in an architecture leadership role.</li> <li>Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale systems on AWS.</li> <li>Deep understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, etc.).</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with Golang in production environments.</li> <li>Expertise in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and API design.</li> <li>Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC).</li> <li>Strong focus on performance, scalability, security, and cost optimization.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.BS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience</li> <li>15+ years of software development experience</li> <li>Experience with developing large enterprise-scale applications in AWS/Azure.</li> <li>Experience with Dot Net and readiness to work with teams using Dot Net.</li> <li>Strong quality orientation</li> <li>Expertise in designing applications using relational and/or non-relational databases.</li> <li>AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional or Associate).</li> <li>Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, etc.).</li> <li>Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).</li> <li>Exposure to other backend languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.</li> <li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Domain knowledge of ACD systems (Routing, IVR workflows)</li> <li>Must possess strong organizational and time management skills</li> </ul>   What’s in it for you?
