The Sr. AI Project Manager interacts with product managers, support teams, marketing, release management, operations, and leaders across the business.  <ol> <li>Lead AI project initiatives with full project ownership, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and timely delivery.</li> <li>Serve as project owner for internal and customer stakeholders, managing escalations and driving resolution with professionalism.</li> <li>Define and document project delivery and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, training materials, and process documentation.</li> <li>Coordinate and facilitate regular status meetings and communications to ensure transparency and progress.</li> <li>Support multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational and time management skills.</li> <li>Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Guide Project teams through launch readiness, deployment strategy, and lifecycle planning.</li> <li>Identify and address process gaps to enhance rollout efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.</li> <li>Uphold company policies and ethical standards in all interactions and deliverables.</li> </ol>   Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, or related field or equivalent work experience required   Experience Requirement <ul> <li>Experience with  AI/Gen AI project delivery</li> <li>Experience with Waterfall &amp; Agile (Hybrid/Iterative) Project Delivery Methodologies</li> <li>Experience with Customer Facing Project Delivery</li> <li>Excellent Communication and Escalation Mgmt. skills</li> <li>7+ years’ experience in project management</li> <li>Experience with Revenue Forecasting &amp; Risk Planning</li> <li>Experience with Project Metric/KPI Reporting (e.g. PBI, etc.)</li> <li>Adaptable and Solution-Oriented under Tight Deadlines</li> <li>Ability to Manage Multiple Projects at a time</li> <li>Ability to work with and to interpret technical information to non-technical individuals</li> <li>PMP Certification</li> </ul>   You will have an advantage if you also have: <ul> <li>Experience with AI driven Project Mgmt.
