You’ll collaborate closely with sales, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, events, and account-based marketing programs tailored to regional needs. <h2>How will you make an impact?</h2> <ul> <li>Design and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate sales opportunities.</li> <li>Plan and manage field events including roundtables, trade shows, executive dinners, and roadshows.</li> <li>Align marketing initiatives with regional sales priorities, pipeline goals, and territory targets.</li> <li>Lead and scale account-based marketing programs to drive account expansion and product adoption.</li> <li>Co-market with channel partners, resellers, and alliances to amplify reach and impact.</li> <li>Manage regional agencies, event vendors, and budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-organizational efforts across territories, segments, and portfolios.</li> <li>Drive operational excellence through scalable processes, best practices, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Set and track KPIs for all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.</li> <li>Leverage digital marketing strategies to support acquisition, cross-sell/upsell, and adoption goals.</li> <li>Build and nurture executive-level relationships across internal and external stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h2>Have you got what it takes?</h2> <ul> <li>Highly organized and capable of managing multiple programs and timelines.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills, bridging central and regional teams.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with comfort in tracking KPIs such as pipeline contribution and ROI.</li> <li>Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.</li> <li>Proven leadership in building high-performing, inclusive teams.</li> <li>10–15 years of B2B field/regional marketing experience (enterprise SaaS or technology preferred).</li> <li>Demonstrated success in delivering marketing-sourced pipeline and accelerating opportunities.</li> <li>Expertise in events, demand generation, and digital marketing.</li> <li>Strong collaboration skills with sales and cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Ability to localize global campaigns and execute them end-to-end.</li> <li>Excellent project management and budget oversight capabilities.</li> <li>Data-driven approach with experience in ROI and pipeline reporting.</li> </ul> Education: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
