What youll do <h3>1. People Strategy &amp; Organizational Architecture</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute a strategic People Roadmap aligned with ng-voice’s business objectives and growth trajectory.</li><li>Proven track record to design, development and deliver core HR processes that are agile and create a frictionless employee experience. </li><li>Understanding of the HR IT/ AI landscape to leverage new technologies to most efficiently bring people solutions with speed to the ng-voice employees. </li><li>Design scalable organizational structures and leadership systems that sustain agility and reinforce talent density as a core principle.</li><li>Partner with the Executive Team on data-informed decisions related to workforce planning, leadership capability and development, and organizational development.</li><li>Anticipate scaling challenges and implement pragmatic processes that balance structure with entrepreneurial freedom.</li></ul><h3>2. People Team Leadership</h3><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the People &amp; Culture team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.</li><li>Empower the existing Talent Acquisition and HR Operations leads to elevate their impact and integrate their expertise into the broader people strategy.</li><li>Leverage a strong personal and professional network within the HR and Talent community to identify top talent and benchmark best practices.</li></ul><h3>3. Talent Acquisition &amp; Market Insights</h3><ul><li>Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to continuously refine the recruitment strategy, ensuring ng-voice attracts and secures exceptional talent across functions and geographies.</li><li>Establish a recruitment analytics framework to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Strengthen ng-voice’s employer brand, highlighting its cloud-native innovation, purpose-driven culture, and growth opportunities.</li></ul><h3>4. Retention, Growth &amp; Engagement</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement retention strategies that sustain engagement and loyalty among top performers through the dynamic growth phases of the business.</li><li>Foster a culture of feedback, development, and recognition, linking performance and progression with company goals and values.</li><li>Coach and mentor emerging leaders, equipping them with the mindset and tools to build high-performing, resilient teams.</li></ul><h3>5.
