In this role, youll ensure financial integrity, strategic plan alignment, and manage the business’s financial rhythm—all while thriving in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.What youll do Financial Strategy &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, KPI dashboards, forecasts, and variance analyses.</li><li>Provide insightful financial commentary and recommendations influencing key strategic decisions.</li></ul>Accounting &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Oversee full-cycle accounting: GL, AP/AR, asset management, and closing processes—ensuring accuracy and adherence to German GAAP and IFRS.</li><li>Supervise accurate, timely financial close and reporting</li><li>Manage audits, tax filings, and ensure financial compliance across jurisdictions (Germany, Europe, global clients).</li></ul>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Support annual budgeting and long-range financial modeling with scenario planning.</li><li>Own quarterly re-forecasting efforts </li></ul>Cash Flow &amp; Treasury<ul><li>Monitor cash flow, liquidity forecasts, billing, collections, and banking relationships.</li><li>Drive optimal working capital management.</li></ul>Financial Systems &amp; Controls<ul><li>Identify, document, and strengthen financial processes and controls, including automated data flows or ERP enhancements.</li><li>Recommend and drive improvements to financial systems to support scale with trust and ownership mindset.</li></ul>Cross-functional Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations/Deployment, and Leadership to align finance strategy with strategic initiatives.</li></ul>Special Projects &amp; Strategic Initiatives<ul><li>Work alongside the VP of finance in support of commercial discussions, key investment projects and funding rounds. </li></ul>Our ideal new colleague <ul><li>Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
